Station 53 Apparatus AERIAL 553 is a KME AERIAL CAT. Aerial 553 is equipped with a 400 Gallon water tank, with a pumping capacity of 1750 gpm. Aerial 553 has a 75 Foot ladder. Aerial 553 carries 400 ft. of 2, 2 ½, and 3 inch hose. It also carries 1000 feet of 5 inch hose. BATTALION 5, Battalion 5 drives a 2003 Ford Expedition. Battalion 5 responds on all working incidents in Franklin Township. RESCUE 553 is a 2004 KME/EXCEL. Rescue 553 is equipped with Dive, Ropes and Heavy Extrication Equipment.
